Delivery Services: We provide prompt and courteous equipment delivery and pickup. Patient / Family Education Services: At the time of delivering the equipment to the patients home, we give complete and thorough instructions regarding the use and care of the equipment. 24 Hour Emergency Service: We provide 24 hour service for equipment deliveries and service. Billing Services: We provide complete billing service for both your primary and secondary insurance. Home Medical Oxygen Services: We provide complete oxygen services, including arranging oxygen for our traveling patients. (See our Respiratory Equipment information on our "Product" page for more information.) Respiratory Therapy Services: We employ respiratory therapists, who assist with the training on some of our respiratory equipment. At the request of your physician, we can provide a professional in-home follow-up, complete with a report sent back to your physician. Equipment Repair Services: We are able to repair most home medical equipment. Our repair staff have attended many factory repair schools and seminars. Customer Service: Please feel welcome to visit one of our retail showrooms or call us and we will assist you in any way we can.
